If you have major problems before starting service, then a licensed pest specialist will be in contact with you to go over your situation and what, if any, additional rates may apply due to the severity of the infestation.

MVP Solutions comes out every 2 months to spray. We use a long residual product that can withstand the elements of the weather and other factors that can diminish its residual. Chemical label's also call for a certain period of time before reapplication of products can occur for maximum efficacy and results.

Though we come out every 2 months to spray, you are covered every day, every month while you're on service with us. What that means is if you have ants, spiders, or any other pest issue on a month that you're not scheduled for your maintenance spray, just call us and we'll come out at no additional charge. 

Local and state agencies require all pest control customers to have a signed agreement on file with a registered pest company in order to apply chemicals in the State of California. Basically, we need a signed agreement stating that you are allowing pesticides to be applied at your address by MVP Solutions Pest Control. Though an agreement is needed to be signed, there is no cancelation fee attached to it.

Simple. Just contact MVP Solutions through email or phone call 30-days prior to your next payment and that's it! There will be no cancel fee and we'll go ahead and stop your services and payments. If there was any discounts applied when you signed up, they were applied with the contingency of being on service for a minimum of 12-months. If service is cancelled before the 12-months are fulfilled, the discounts applied will be billed upon cancellation.
