Yes, our products are safe for pets. However, we recommend keeping your pets away from treated areas during and immediately after treatments. Typically, it’s safe to re-enter about 1 to 2 hours later, or once the products have dried. Pets are naturally curious, and the product labels advise keeping them away until the treatment is dry. Once dried, your pets can safely go about their business as usual.

Yes, we require payment information on file to keep things simple and efficient. Your card will be billed on a designated date each month, and you will receive an email notification prior to the payment date. As part of our ‘go-green’ commitment, we aim to stay as paperless as possible. If you prefer to use checks, we can set up your debit card linked to your checking account or use your check information directly as your on-file payment method.

If a payment is declined or the card on file cannot process the payment, your services and warranty coverage will stop immediately, including all future maintenance treatments. Our office will send out a courtesy notice in this case. Once your payment information is updated, your services and warranty will resume as normal.

Yes, local and state regulations in California require all pest control customers to have a signed agreement on file with a registered pest control company before we can apply chemicals. This means we need your signed agreement confirming your authorization for MVP Solutions Pest Control to apply pesticides at your address.

Yes, you can change your pest control plan - but we allow only one plan change per service year. Whether you're upgrading or downgrading, just contact our office and we'll help make the adjustment. If you choose to change your plan, your new services will begin on your next scheduled visit. Any change will affect your pricing depending on the package selected.

Yes, mosquito service can be added to any plan. However, the most cost-effective option is to upgrade to our Premiere Plan, which already includes seasonal mosquito treatments.

If you prefer to keep your current plan, you can add mosquito service separately for $65/month during the mosquito season.
